Spam filtering enabled

Thanks to some spambots coming in and crapping all over the database, we had to go in and remove/edit a bunch of tickets.

Spam filtering (of a sort) is now enabled, we'll see how this does. If it keeps anyone from posting, email one of us and we'll see about turning it.
